What to expect:

Your team will practice the skills in real to your organization scenarios. Practices are grounded in frameworks. My facilitation is power-aware and I name dynamics happen in the room live so they can be addressed as we practice.

This work makes sense when:

  • Feedback norms at your organization are unclear, inconsistent, or ineffective

  • Values are stated but not alive in your day-to-day practice

  • Conflict or power dynamics need direct, structured attention

Includes

  • Two 45-minute prep calls to confirm goals and areas of focus.

  • Selecting up to two focus areas: Dismantling Anti-Blackness, Strengthening Feedback Culture, Operationalizing values, Navigating Conflict

  • A session that is between two hours up to a full day (6 hours)

  • A shared toolkit practiced during the session.
