Values in Practice

You came to your work because of your commitment to justice and equity. You wanted to make a living doing something that actually improves the communities you’re part of.

Something’s changed. Maybe it’s been bubbling up over time. Maybe it was a recent pivotal moment that made it clear.

You’re exhausted.

Your team is depleted.

You need support.

I partner with justice-focused organizations to navigate conflict, sharpen decision-making, share responsibility, and maintain your impact while staying aligned with the values that brought you to the work.

Let’s Work Together

Thirteen years ago, I was running on empty and still showing up for the extra work being asked of me. I appreciated the work at the organization I was with, but my role was shifting toward something I hadn’t signed up for. I appreciated the steady income, and I was becoming more and more exhausted by trying to shape-shift into what the organization wanted from me. That same year was the first time I was told, “You should really start your own thing and consult. Everyone is always coming to you for stuff you’re good at, but that’s outside of your role here.”

It took three more years before I took that advice. With over 10 years of supporting leaders in justice-focused organizations, I'm invested in seeing you lead and live in ways that are aligned with your values and purpose. More about me…
