Find Your Rate

Determining your self-pay rate utilizing this tool, allows us to practice equitable access together. It’s important to me that my services be accessible to those who need them and it’s important. tome that I be compensated in a way that goes beyond surviving to thriving. This tool helps both things be true at once. Thank you for leaning in with me.

Instead of asking you to sort your rate by income alone, this sliding scale is adapted from the Anti-Oppression Resource and Training Alliance (AORTA) model. It asks about your actual relationship to financial access and security, beyond your paycheck alone, because income alone doesn't capture debt, caregiving, safety nets, or the extra cost of navigating the world with a disability.

When folks with more access choose a higher tier, it creates room for folks with less access to do experience the benefits of this work too. That's the point. Your answers will be yours alone.

Thank you for participating in creating equitable access with me.
